Courtney and Zack Martin
Courtney Martin has been working with children affected by autism and special needs since 1998. Courtney received her degree in Early Childhood & Early Education from Weatherford College. During her time in college, she began working on in home programs which lead to the creation of Giggles. Zack graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education with Master's work in Counseling. Zack joined the Giggles team in the summer of 2012 and helps oversee the daily activities. Courtney and Zack live in White Settlement with her three children Race, Pyper and Bonner. All three children attend Giggles. When not teaching in the classroom, training teachers or parents, you can typically find Courtney and Zack supporting their kids in gymnastics, sports, pageants, acting and modeling.
Susan attended TCC and has worked with many aspects of educating children for over 20 years. She was in administration at a public school and has experience in behavior intervention in the classroom. Susan is married with two wonderful children. She loves working at Giggles with such an exceptional group of educators.
MC is our BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst). She has a Masters in Social Work and also minored in Child Development from TCU. She became a licensed Social Worker (LMSW) in 2011. She became a BCBA in 2014. She got her start at Giggles and we are excited to have her back.
Alexa grew up in Illinois. She is certified in Intensive Behavioral Intervention Programming. She has been working with special needs and autistic children for 5 years. She has a passion for singing and songwriting. Alexa is happy to be a part of the Giggles team.
Christina Brooke Pickens
Brooke has been an educator at Giggles since 2009. She loves teaching and has a passion for working with children who have special needs. She is finishing her degree in Education. She feels it's a great privilege to be such a positive influence and be able to inspire young minds.
Arian graduated from Castleberry High School and has been a lifelong resident of River Oaks, Texas. He has a CNA background, extensive professional and personal experience with both typical and autistic children. His love of children, ambition and enthusiasm works perfectly with his position at Giggles.
Jennifer has 8 years experience working with children. She is a medical assistant and has worked with children with disabilities as well. She is pursuing her child development associates. Jennifer is a great asset to our team and is looking forward to many years. She received her CDA in 2015.
Jelesia is our purple room teacher. She has a background in early childhood education. She is great with the little ones! Jelesia coaches competitive cheerleading, gymnastics and teaches a tumbling class. She is happy to be at Giggles and is looking forward to a great school year. She receied her CDA in 2015.
LaTifia is from Austin, Texas. She attended Prairie View A&M University. She has teaching experience and has worked with special needs students for many years. LaTifia is dedicated to help children progress and excel. She is happy to be working with the children in the red room at Giggles.
Keagan has a degree in Fine Arts and has studied abroad in London. She has 7 years of experience in Elementary Education and working with children with disabilities. She is currently continuing her education in Child Psychology and ABA.
Sam has lived in Fort Worth her entire life. She has been a pre-school educator for 3 years. She is currently attending TCC for Early Childhood Development and Education. Sam enjoys attending church and teaching Sunday school. She has a cat named Salem.
Sara has a B.S. from UT Arlington. She has lived in Fort Worth all her life. She has experience teaching children of all ages. She was an after school director at Camp Fire. She enjoys her 3 year old son Leo and her 2 dogs. Sara loves teaching at Giggles.
Jennifer grew up in Plano, Texas. She is pursuing a degree in Psychology from UNT. She worked in the special education department in Plano ISD and has 10 years experience with special needs children. Jenn has 5 pets; 3 dogs and 2 cats.
